Katharine has worked as a school counselor, a clinical supervisor and outpatient therapist. She has supervised counselors seeking their LCPC  license and school counselors. As a clinical supervisor and outpatient therapist she works with children and their families to improve the social emotional functioning of the individuals and the family as a whole. Katharine uses play therapy, narrative therapy, child psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy in combination with a playful approach to emphasize client strengths and awareness of their abilities to confront and solve their problems.
